Hi everyone, we are planning a trip to Santa Fe the end of this month August and will be spending 6 full days in Santa Fe and area. We are staying at the Las Brisas de Santa Fe

Casitas while we are there. We are driving down from Denver via South Route 285 and return trip North on Route 25. We have spent a number of hours gathering information for our trip. I have listed some things that we think are of interest and also several places to eat that many people have suggested. We are asking everyone to take a look if they have the time to add their suggestions good and bad. We don’t want to miss anything!!!!! THANKS!!!

Places to eat:

Lunch: Blue Corn Café, Bumblebees, Bobcat Bites, Gabriel’s, Mu Du Noodles, Counter

Culture

Supper: Blue Corn Café, Del Charro, Bistro 15, La Boca, Ore House, Café Pasquales

Places to see in SF: Bandelier/Jemez area, Abiquiu/O‘Keefe’s/Ghost Ranch area for scenery, Both roads to Taos, Canyon Road, Tesuque Flea Market, Plaza for jewelry and the Railyard.

I just wanted to say that the suggestions you've gotten so far would involve quite a time investment. You did really well with your original list.

Pasquales is quite good, on the organic side of the Santa Fe spectrum - but not if you're not into substituting healthier ingredients for more traditional ones. Their breakfasts are yummy. Their dinners are perhaps a bit overpriced and not as New Mexican in flavor and tone as I prefer when in Santa Fe.
