Best ski rental shop in Santa Fe (in town)

Ok, given the snow that's falling in NM right now, we're going to Santa Fe for the holidays. My plans are that my family and I would rent our ski in town before we head up the mountain. What's the best ski rental shop in Santa Fe that's in town? The best meaning that they have decent and not outdated equipment and good service for a family. Thanks.

Alpine Sports and Santa Fe Mtn Sports have been around a long time. Also there is a rental shop 1/2 way up toward the ski area, Cottam's is at Hyde Memorial State Park.

Hope you enjoyed your holiday trip. Although it's too late to be of any use to the original poster I'll chime in with my $.02.

The on mountain ski rental shop at Ski Santa Fe had some good skis and OK pricing. (brought my own boots so I can't comment on those). It also had the advantage of being open first thing in the morning. Cottam's on the access road wasn't open as we drove up for an erly day on the mountain.

The ski rental shp at Taos was a disappointment. "High performance" rental was ski swap quality for too much $$$ and the service wasn't very impressive either.
