Le Pod ~ Oh My!

I don't know how you add a review for a food truck but I have to tell everyone how good this place is.... we ate there 3 times during our 2 week stay in Santa Fe. It is across from Kaunes Market. Great sandwiches, hotdogs (in bagettes!), crepes, soups and THE BEST potatoes gratin EVER.

I have to say I'm a food truck nut but this was some of the best food truck food I've ever had. Plus the owners are very personable. Great experience all the way around.

I figured out how to request for it to be added as a restaurant so hopefully they put it up soon.

Oh wow, we LOVE food trucks in the summer in NYC. Never thought there would be any in Santa Fe. We have 6 months to go until we get there so hopefully we can hit it up.

Thanks!!

We've driven by that so many times and remarked about how cute it is and wondering if the food is good. Now we know! On the list!

One word of advice on the submission. Well, two words.

Be patient!

I submitted one for an actual "brick and mortar" restaurant, The Sopaipilla Factory and it took almost a month for TA to confirm that it existed and that I wasn't affiliated with it.

We've been several times now and it is FANTASTIC! the owners are wonderful, too. The Crepe Normandie is amazing! the soups can't be topped, especially the potato leek with green chile. Save room for a lemon crepe for dessert.

They set out a few chairs and umbrellas in the parking lot. Nothing fancy, but you go for the food, not the ambience. I had the hot roast beef sandwich which I loved.
