One Day in Buffalo

We want to eat Buffalo Wings and it looks like the Anchor Bar is the place to do that. Otherwise I thought we'd see the Buffalo City Hall and go to the Market Arcade/Visitor's Center.

Is driving/parking around these places available?

Yes, Buffalo is pretty easy to get around and there is plenty of parking. The Anchor bar has its own lot and there is a ramp adjacent to City Hall. Here is a link to other stuff going on Downtown Buffalo.

I suggest walking Elmwood District - the houses and gardens on the streets between Elmwood and Delaware are gorgeous - Buffalo has great architecture. If you like art the Albright Knox Art Gallery is renowned. Delaware Park is a nice park - take a walk around the lake. Also, the Erie Basin Marina is a great spot to have a bite or a drink. Lots of boats out on the lake this time of year. Buffalo is a great town - enjoy.

You can skip the Market/Arcade Visitors center. Not really much there and that part of town is pretty desolate on the weekend.

The Elmwood village is a great place to start, full of eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops ect. and at the end of it are two great galleries. Albright Knox, and Birchfield Penny Art Center.
