Breakfast recommendations near Princess Kaiulani Hotel

Hi all you local folks.

Bob and Chris from Australia coming to Oahu next month and staying at the Sheraton Princess Kauilani Hotel in Waikiki.... Just wondering if anyone can recommend a nice breakfast establishment near the hotel for a reasonable price within walking distance. Dont wish to go to DENNYS.

Regards and Thanks..... Bob.

Across the street from your hotel at the Outrigger Waikiki there are two great restaurants for breakfast, the Hula Grill and Duke's. Duke's offers wonderful buffet for about $14.95/person and the Hula Grill has a great breakfast from their menu. Don't forget to try the coconut syrup!!!

There are tons of other options right along the street your hotel is on.

Lulu's, the buffet at Duke's is good for the price.

If you fancy a walk, the Wailana Coffee House and Eggs n Things.

Moose McGuillicuddy's is another place to look at.

And dare I say McDonalds because I think it is cool the have local items for breakfast that you don't see on the mainland.

We always go to Moose McGuillicuddys at least once each trip. It's down on Lewars. The breakfasts are good and nice portions-very inexpensive.

Outrigger Waikiki right across from International Market Place.

It is very close to Princess Kaiulani Hotel.

Dare I second the McDonalds recommendation?

Try the Spam and eggs on rice with shoyu sauce and fresh pineapple chunks on the side. Add a cup of hot green tea for a unique Mickey D. experience!

We go at least once every visit.

Completey agree-breakfast on the rail at Hula Grill has become a habit for us on ourannual trip to the islands- -and of course, have to ask for the coconut syrup!
