Best Bet: Aloha Swapmeet vs Don Quixote store?

It's been a long time since we went to the Aloha Swapmeet. On our last few trips, we went to Don Quixote for souvenirs. Which is better for souvenirs? Are they priced the same? Where would you go?

The souvenirs we are looking for (open to hearing your fav goodies to bring home):

* Hawaiian dresses for a 2 & 4 year old- not the plasticky kind of material. Doesn't have to be high quality be comfy enough that they'll wear it. Anyone know how much they run?

* Little things like bracelets for little girls, hair bands/ hair clips, ladies tank tops

* kitchen things - pot holders, kitchen towels,

* Does the swapmeet have food souvenirs? WE got mochi, chocolates, hawaiian salad dressing from Don Quixote last time... any brands or favorite food to bring home?

I'm not sure about the pricing differential, but DQ does have a good souvenir section. So does Wal-mart, which is about 2 blocks away. As a bonus, they have air conditioning.

If you were going to go to both the swap meet and Don Quijote, I'd say shop the swap meet first before going to Don Quijote for the food souvenirs.

If you are only going to go to one, go to Don Quijote. You can definitely get everything on your list at the store.
