Parking Question

We will be spending the day in Cincinnati this Friday (8/3). Our plan is to hit Cincinnati Art Museum in morning, do lunch somehwere, and then find a place to park around Underground Railroad Freedom Center/Great American Ball Park since we are going to the museum in the afternoon and then a game that evening.

Where would be a good place to park that isn't terribly expensive? Looking at previous posts, I was thinking maybe we should park on Kentucky side and walk over. We are staying at Wingate by airport Thursday and Friday night so if we did stay on KY side would that mean less traffic after game as well?

Also, any suggestions for restaurants in the ball park/museum area for a family??

Don't fret too much about finding a place to park. There is plenty of parking although the closer to the stadium you are, the more expensive it will tend to be. The farther uptown you go, the cheaper it generally becomes. The relatively new Morlein Lager House http://www.moerleinlagerhouse.com/ would be an ideal location for a meal between your visit to the Freedom Center and the ballgame. For something cheaper, there is a Johnny Rockets close by. You might also consider a Cincinnati chili parlor for a bit of local flavor or perhaps try one for lunch.
