Jackson hotel

Need recommendations for a hotel near Jacksonhole airport, something simple, not costing a fortune, and quick for overnight stay in order to catch my flight.

Thanks in advance.

The airport is only about 8 miles from the town of Jackson, so any motel in town would work. You can shop for a hotel @ www.jacksonholenet.com among others.

We like the Buckrail Lodge. We have stayed here before and will return for our July/August trip this year. This small motel is immaculate and has a great log cabin feel. The price is pretty reasonable also for Jackson.

Enjoy your trip.

Virginian is probably the most affordable, clean, no thrills hotel in town. Antler Inn, 49er, and Ranch Inn are good too.

Flat Creek Inn is probably the closest hotel to the airport, but they are all within 6-8 miles.

We've stayed at the Buckrail and liked it..we keep our lodging expenses down so we can go out to eat at our favorite restaurants there.

Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce has a good website. Here is a link http://www.jacksonholechamber.com/lodging/

I'll chime in on Buckrail, too. It's a great place to stay and a short 5 blocks to downtown Jackson. We like to leave the car and walk to town.
