No, there is not. It's illegal to bathe in the springs at Yellowstone.

The closest location I'm aware of is at Thermopolis, WY, outside the park boundaries.

Yes, there is a spot that is fairly little known but OK. Boiling River hot spring. Basically you are in the river but where hot springs water flows in. This is north of Mammoth on the road to the park entrance at Gardiner. Near the state line and 45th parallel sign at the pull out parking area. Walk south a ways and you can see (especially early on a cool morning) steam rising. River water makes for different temp zones. Note river water level and other factors may make the area dangerous some times of the year and rangers may close it but it has been there for a long time and used for soaking.

Also - 30 minutes north of the park (much closer than Thermopolis) is Chico Hot Springs and they offer day use of their huge warm pool and fairly lage hot pool (usually about 102°F). Very nice facility - day use enter through the tavern/bar.

Oops, forgot about that spot. Had just been looking at the NPS trip planner yesterday and it's worth noting:

"Swimming is prohibited where water flows

entirely from a hydrothermal spring or

pool. Where allowed, swim at your own

risk. The water can harbor agents of fatal

meningitis and Legionnaires’ disease."
