June 20th arrival!!

A few questions:

Do the cabins in the park have towels?

Is it safe to walk the walkways at night?

How are the mosquitos?

If you could do one 4-5 mile hike in the park, what would it be?

Yes they provide towels

What locations are you staying at? That will help us give a better answer regarding the walkways at night. If you're talking about boardwalks at Old Faithful for example, I would have bear spray and a flashlight.

I have never had a problem with mosquitos in the park, although I did read on a recent trip report that they were bad at West Thumb.

If you're up for quite a bit of elevation gain, my favorite hike is Avalanche Peak. You gain 2100 feet and it's 5 miles round trip. trailguidesyellowstone.com/yellowstone_hikes…
