No taxis, possibly tour vans if you reserve ahead of time. Rental car is the usual form of transportation to and within the park.

How do you plan to get around once inside the parks? Yellowstone is a large park. Do you have in park lodging reserved? There are tours you can take from the different park lodgings, but you really need a car to effectively see the park. You can rent a car at the Bozeman airport, at the Jackson airport, or in Jackson.

I suggest you look at the park websites for info on tours.

I think you could probably get something to Jackson from the airport and there's a shuttle with stops in Grand Teton from there (though not every few minutes), but unfortunately Yellowstone is impossible to do without a car unless you want to do a tour which will take you to the highlights.
