Of course you can, but you will wish you had longer!

Focus the short time you have on the highlights of the Yosemite Valley.

Have a great trip!

If you only have one day -- which is unfortunate -- you can see all of Yosemite Valley. There is a free shuttle bus -- with 21 stops -- that stops at many vistas, view points, trail heads, shops, museums, etc.

You can visit Yosemite Valley in one day easily! Besides the free shuttle, there is a valley floor tram tour. Dining at every level is readily available throughout the valley. Will you be able to stay overnight, or are you thinking of a day trip?

Where will y ou be coming from? There are tour companies in San Francisco that specialize in one day trips to Yosemite, for instance. Or you can drive on your own, but be aware that it's 4 hours each way from San Francisco and at least that far from LA.
