Those two roads are not together 120 Ts into 395 at Lee Vining. You head 18 miles north on 395 t the turn off to Bodie. Initially the road is paved but then it turns into a hard surface but not paved.

They encourage you to call to get up to date road info:

Bodie Road, Route 270, is the most direct way to reach Bodie. Bodie road and other access roads are closed seasonally to vehicles due to hazardous travel conditions. Call Cal-trans at 1-800-427-7623 for current road conditions. Often the only way to reach the park during the winter is with skis, snowshoes, or snowmobiles.

I checked on the DOT website and it says right now there are no restrictions on 120 OUTSIDE of Yosemite and 270 to Bodie, but of course at this time of year things can change quickly.

The first 10 miles into Bodie from 395 are paved. The last three are dirt. People get motorhomes in there in the summertime.Definitely call for road conditions this time of year.
