It is extremely likely that Glacier Point Road will be open. Records show that only twice in the past 18 years the road was still closed through June. Panorama Trail may have some slushy / muddy spots, but it should be hike-able.

I remember reading a trip report from someone who hiked the Panorama Trail at the end of May in the monster snow year of 2011 with only patchy snow at a couple of places. The Four Mile Trail is a whole other story though. Your chances for the road being open are very good for mid June.

It would be a heavy snow year for Glacier Point road to not be open by mid June, but it does happen. You can see seasonal road closure and opening dates on the Yosemite "plan your visit" website. You might consider taking the "Hikers Bus", which is actually the Glacier Point Tour Bus but with a one way ticket, leaving from Yosemite Lodge 1 to 3 times daily, to do the Panorama Trail. That is what I do, it saves having to do a car drop and drive all the way back up to get back to the 2nd car. That makes the hike down about 8 1/2 miles, including a "side trip" along the John Muir Trail to the top of Nevada Falls, the perfect lunch spot. Or, if you are a very fit hiker and can manage 13-ish miles and very steep uphill, hike up the "4 Mile Trail" (actually about 4.6 miles) and then down the Panorama Trail, this is a strenuous all day hike.

We went to Glacier Point in mid June this year and hiked the Panorama Trail. All roads in the park were open. Great time to visit!

In 1995 and in 1998, Glacier Point Road opened on July 1. It's likely that the road will be open in mid-June 2013, but it's not guaranteed.
