Nightly Entertainment

Just wondering what resorts offer the best Fijian entertainment. Am thinking of staying at the Hilton - do they offer anything special? If anyone has any suggestions of other places, i'd be interested! Thanks.

Hi

I stayed at the Hilton in March last year and the only entertainment they had was a Fijian band. They were absolutely fantastic, but they finished up around 10pm each night. After that, no one was around and the bar shut.

You can wonder to Port Denarau Marina for a bit more entertainment (not Fijian entertainment though). We also went on a cruise one evening from Port Denarau to First Landing Resort. It was a nice boat ride to the resort (located at Lautoka) and we were met by local Fijians in traditional dress. We had a nice dinner (if you want to splash out for a small surcharge you can get LOBSTER!!! well worth it!) and then we had a Fijian show and then fire dancing. Can't remember how much this was, but have a look at http://www.firstlandingfiji.com/index.html and maybe you can email them for rates.
