On-site activities at Hilton Papagayo vs. Flamingo Resort

From those of you who have stayed at the Hilton and/or the Flamingo Beach Resort can you comment about what type of activities the resort offers on-site. We do plan on doing some day tours but also we and our children enjoy organized activities on-site as well, i.e. volleyball games, bingo etc. Would appreciate any feedback regarding this as we are trying to make a decision between the two resorts in the next few days. Thank you.

flamingo has the best beach location becuase of the beach , white sand

hilton is a much nicer newer hotel than flamingo and closer to other attractions

both are beach front

day trips around are rincon de la vieja, palo verde, guaitil,

for info on day tours you can ask a tour desk at the hotel from swiss travel tour company or ask

2 places are very good hilton is like 30 minutes from the airport and about 1 flamingo flamingo hour but have more options to get out more to area restaurants and know a little about the daily life of local people

for activities you can preguantar these guys in the area

www.pininosadventures.com

They have a variety of packages for you and help you to organize the best tours

good luck
