Day trip to Panama

We are going to be staying in Uvita, Costa Rica and were wondering if there were any day trips from Uvita into Panama since Panama is so close? Any suggestions?

Bouquet. But why bothering with Panama? Will you stay in Uvita for a month?!

Yes, there is a day trip to Bocas del Toro, but it's a long day. I would suggest you at least spend the night, two would be better. Gecko Trail Adventures can arrange everything for you.

From Uvita, it's a really really long day to Bocas del Toro, if it is even possible. From the Caribbean coast, it's possible but a long day. I'm with xelas on this one.

Sorry, read that wrong. I thought you were going to be on the Carribean side....forget that.

No. Nothing worth seeing in Panama that you can see from Uvita.
