Have only stayed in Los Veleros which was vey nice in a very quiet area it is about as far away from Gloria Palace Amadores as you can get in Puerto Rico it is past Puerto Rico beach and harbour and under the tunnel at Marina Suites/Morasol.The Blue Star is on the top just along from the Europa Centre as you head down the hill towards Amadores beach, the Riosol is on the other side of the Europa centre at the end of the cul de sac .If you look at reviews on here you can usually check out the location on the map

Los Veleros has 10-20 shallowish steps from pavement/entrance to reception, they have upper floor apartments with balconies or ground floor with terrace area. To get to the lower level there is a route with 100+ steps or a meander round the road which takes about 20 mins if ambling, the walk down the steps is probably not an option but the stroll down the road is fine.
