Do the casinos in PR have complementary alcoholic drinks while gambling? And which casinos have craps tables?

In theory yes. But I think in 30 years I mave have gotten 1 or 2. Those were playing table games. The Casinos are small. 10/20k sq feet. More for the entertainment of guests rather than the hotels supporting the casino. Yes I have seen craps tables.

The casino at the Marriot in Condado is where it's been easiest to get complementary drinks in my experience. Just tip the waiters.

Hi tequila, Although its unwise to drink while gambling, I've been offered drink service virtually every time I've gambled in San Juan. Just start winning, the pit crew will send a waitress right over.

Yes, the casinos offer free alcoholic drinks and delicious ham & cheese sandwiches. The Ritz and the Marriot Stellaris are more prone to have waitresses available for you. Otherwise, you can wait forever in the other places, especially the El San Juan.
