Yes, just returned from it.. Lovely outside, but not in. Rooms need updated and all-inclusive is not of the standard I've had at other hotels on Menorca. It's also very isolated, with no public transport links. There are no shops within easy walking distance, nearest supermarket is about a 20-25 minute walk. Not recommended for disabled travellers, or those with limited mobility as ramps to the lower rooms are very steep, with stairs to the upper rooms, and certainly not suitable for wheelchair users. Only the receptionist of the hotel staff speaks english - so non spanish speakers may have a bit of difficulty being understood. There are no reps on site and and contact information is shown in Spanish only, which again, makes it almost impossible if you are a non-spanish speaker. I certainly didn't think it was worth the money, in fact after 3 days we decided to book alternative accomodation in Santo Tomas, at a cost of over 250 euros, including transport.
