Can any-one recommend a good fish restaurant in PB.

Grilled fish salad nicely chilled bottle of wine--maybe sea -view--you know the sort of thing I mean.

It's for a special lunch for four people

Muchias Gracias in advance

There are to many to mention them all. You will find you are spoilt for choice along the front near to the ferry terminal.

The best three fish restaurants you will find along the front line promenade, alongside the sea going to the left(looking out to sea) from the harbour. However the prices here are far more than elsewhere but again you get what you pay for.Restaurante CONTIN, Avenida Maritima, 32, serves most things which have been home made, such as pasta, bread, and the fish dishes. Contin has been awarded the Silver Plate which is a canarian government award for quality. CASA PEDRO, Avenida Mearitima, 17, is run by Pendro Santana Lemes who has by in the local restaurant business for over 30 years. The GALLEON right opposite the ferry terminal in the harbour, set back in the large car parking area, so not in such a good position as the previous two, but the prices are much cheaper here. You can check the prices from the menus outside each of the three places before you go. Now if you want a good, clean, small central place for coffee and cake at very reasonable prices go to Sandras, which is below the chinese restaurante alongside the Netto supermarket by the the main roundabout in the town by the tourist information cabin. Enjoy.

There's an excellent restaurant at the entrance to Los Coloradas. It's called La Pampa. Failing that, there's plenty of choice at the Marina which isn't far from you.

Most of the restaurants serve fish here, as it's part of the staple diet - but they all have extensive menus too. The steak here is from Argentina, and is superbe.

May I just add the Aromas restaurant in PB. Back up from the roundabout in one of the back streets away from pedestrianised area. Lovely food, and have seen locals in there.
