Speaking to people who are down there, there were no effects, no issues at all, with Hurrican Jova.

All we got down here was rain. No winds at all. No damage in this area. It is actually nice as it has cooled things off down here! YIPEE!! Time to bring out the blankets again!!!

glad locals and the area are unharmed!!! being on the east coast and having been through a few hurricanes i can say they can be very scary!!!! also glad you're getting a cool down now instead of a few weeks from now. we'll be back down 11/12 and looking forward to some "heat" before winter. it got too cool to fast here for me.

Sioux, I had my blankets out already yesterday! LOL. Soon, the flannel pj's and slippers will be out for the winter also. My DH thinks i'm nuts (and so do many of our friends LOL).

You know me Jim. I hate being "chilly". However, tonight the humidity is up again so I don't think the Pj's will be used....yet. By the time you get here, I'm sure I'll be using them nightly. LOL.

I mjust admit Nayarit...it is strange to see the locals wearing clothing that will keep them warm... when all the vacationers....are next to nothing on...

but...I I understand... after talking to the locals... it is a climate thing....that everyone gets use to
