Does anyone know if the Arthur's Pass Wilderness Lodge is out of business?

I filled out an enquiry form, and got and "enquiry number" assigned to me on the internet, but they don't return any of my e-mails. Also their phone number doesn't seem to work.

Their website was last updated about 2 weeks ago, so it doesn't appear to have gone bust. How long have you been waiting for a response?

You double checked the phone number? You could also try the one at Lake Moeraki.

I finally got the phone to work. I had forgotten to dial 011 first. I only got their voice mail, so maybe I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks!

Wilderness lodge closes for winter. I am unsure what the exact date is that they reopen, but sometime around late August or early September.

Thanks! They've gotten in touch with me. You are right--they are not there in the winter, so the e-mail just gets looked at a little slower. No problem!
