Carmel by the Sea, Oceana, or Talisman?

I'm travelling to Broadbeach mid-march and I'm trying to decide on accomodation. I'm staying for 3 nights over the weekend, with the wife + 2 young kids.

We're thinking between these 3 properties:

* Talisman Apartments

* Carmel by the Sea

* Oceana on Broadbeach

If anyone has any experience with these properties, your advice is appreciated!

The biggest priority for us is good quality and clean rooms, followed by aircon.

Have you checked out the reviews here on Tripadvisor? They will be the best in giving you ideas of what to expect, location, room, etc. As they are all pretty well-rated, I don't think you would have a lot of problems, but, it is better to check out the reviews.

Hi,

Yes I've read the reviews, just wondering if anyone has any experience with two or more of them, and maybe give comparisons.

Haven't stayed at any, we live on the coast.. My pick would be Carmel by the Sea it's newer Resort than the other two, location is very good. Beach or hinterland view walking distance to Broadbeach Mall, restaurants etc.
