Sea Isle City or Brigantine?

We've been to Brigantine last year and loved it. We want to back this year but with a bigger group, we're having a hard time finding a rental that suits our needs. I found many interesting rentals in Sea Isle City that are much less expensive and I'm wondering why... Is it a good vacation spot? We're traveling with 3 young children and enjoyed the fact that Brigantine had large, quiet beaches. Any comments? Which would you recommend?

Sea Isle City has nice beaches but is a quieter town than Brigantine and that is probably why the prices are cheaper. In Brigantine you are probably paying for the close proximity to AC. You also might want to check out Ocean City which is between he two and has great beaches, a great family boardwalk and is a dry, very family oriented community.

My brother and his family have rented annually in Sea Isle City and love it. They rented both before and after kids, have found it to have several nice restaurants, nice beaches etc.

It is also close enough to visit OC or AC for a day trip if desired without needing to stay in those more crowded areas. Have fun!
