Kalanggaman Island is usually reached from Palompon Leyte as it is controlled by Palompon.

Most houses don't even have roofs in Palompon yet, that is if you have a house to put a roof on, and there is still no electricity. So, with so much to do in Palompon, I can;t imagine that any one has popped over to Kalanggaman island to fix things there

I not in Palompon now but I will ask how is the situation on Kalanggaman.

The member who produced the video is Expresstrip. I have met him once in Melbourne where we both reside and Im sure he wont mind if you send him a pm and ask some questions. This member has spent a lot of time in the Cebu area.
