Mosquito plug ins?

Do we need to take mosquito plug ins for our rooms. Stocked up with repellent etc. 3 weeks to go, can't wait!

Go into one of local shops and buy what the locals call a snake it looks like a coiled incense stick we had these on balcony at night and were able to leave doors open. They were very cheap a couple of euros for a box of 5.

Yes, take plug ins and use them! Just got back complete with bites, but they seemed to happen early evening outside near vegetation. Think plug ins were effective indoors.

Take a plugin but also take, or get, a can of raid spray & give the room a good spray when you go out at night. Spray behind the curtains etc. The electric goes off in most places when you take the key out so the spray will really help.

Paying for the aircon helps keep it cooler to deter the mossies & more comfortable to keep doors & windows closed, again keeping them out.

As above , we always take plug ins and leave the air con on at night and we spray the room with raid especially down drains and the sink plug. Also we take citronella candles for the balcony. Went to Pefkos in Rhodes last year and didn,t get a single bite. Also make sure you put some repellent on when you go out at night wherever you are exposed. Have a great time. Don't let the little buggers spoil it.
