Prices to suit all pockets. Last year we split our holiday between puerto calero AI and SC in costa teguise ... Loved both . We had good 3 course meals with 1 drink for about E10 and many places selling pints of beer/ lager for E1 .

Secret is doing your homework ie ask on places like tripadvisor etc and the great folk on here will keep you on the right track.

Hi there

We have just returned on the 4th of September after 2 weeks hols. Prices in bars and restaurants vary you can get evening meals from as little as 7 euros per person for a 3 course set meal at most places on the front and pay a lot more depending on what you order! You can get large beers from 1.50 euros in quite a few places. I can definitely recommend Cantina Don Rafael for the best Mexican in puerto del carmen. Another must is terrace el miridor, 6.40 euro for a litre of house wine with some of the best views around.

It is opposite Mcdonalds on the sea front. It is tucked away at the side of a small kids playground, it's easy to miss as you have to go down a ramp to get to it and they have only got a small sign up.
