Normally better to buy online, and at least you don't have to queue:

Adult tickets are 34 Euros and are the same price wherever you get them - whether from one of the travel bureaus or on the park gate. Not sure of the price of the child tickets

You do need to get the 9.00am road train from outside Mc Donalds. You can't miss the stop it has a large bus shelter in bright yellow, but get there a bit earlier as the train soon fills up.

The first of the shows starts at 9.35 and then follow the crowd to the next shows. After the dolphin show get lunch and go for the 2.00 Orca show. If you try for the earlier one you are likely to miss some of the fun

Hi

Depending where you are staying .In the south its probably better to book with a travel shop and get a transport and ticket deal . If in Puerto , it makes little difference ,as you cannot get a cheaper ticket pre booking

and the queues for paying on the door and pre booked are much the same .
