hotels that are about $150 a night

We are looking for a clean hotel in the Bayahibe area, not an all-inclusive resort. Any suggestions?

Hotel Bayahibe is simple, clean and in a good location. Double room from 50$US, Quadruple room 72$US depending on season. Prices on the website say p/p (per person?) but I'm sure that's wrong as friends recently paid around 70$US for a room with 2 x double beds (quadruple room?), 2 people sharing, breakfast included. Ask for a room upstairs (not ground floor) as the view and breeze is better. Rooms have small balconies, some with ok views - there is another building between the hotel and the bay. The breakfast room has the best view! http://www.hotelbayahibe.net

More charming is Villa Iguana http://www.villaiguana.de/rooms.htm 7 minutes walk from the bay.

Hotel Bayahibe http://www.hotelbayahibe.net/home.html

Villa Iguana http://www.villaiguana.de/

Villa Baya Hotel http://www.villabayahotel.com/

They are all less than $150 a day, by quite a bit, but with food and drink and entertainment for 2 or 3 people it would total that amount rather quickly. None are "on" the beach but they're all close to the beach, with Hotel Bayahibe being closest.
