Experiences with MrIberostar travel?

Just booked our trip with MrIberostar travel site. They were very nice and gave a very good competitive price. Anyone else use them for their travel ? If so how was your experience? Thanks!

I would rather spend more money than use them.

I used them for the first time this trip. We are currently at the Maya. They gave us the best price and everything perfect with flight, transfer, and hotel room they booked for us.Vera was very professional and will use again. We have 4 more wonderful days!

I've used them twice, both times I dealt w/Vera. No problems, no issues, price was right for both trips. I would use them again

I also noted at cancun airport many other travelers were shocked to be paying a departure fee. I was bracing myself to pay the $21 per person fee (figured would cost the family 84 usd to get out of mexico!) as I didn't recall any conversation about this with Vera . anyway happy to say this was included. Also btw Vera had sent our room requests in advance with our reservation at the maya which were honored..side by side rooms on high floor nearest to beach/bldng60 ....which were in by 2pm on day we arrived.

Transfers thru lomas was flawless too...just don't talk Or stop for anyone in the airport till you see the lomas reps in teal shirts once you exit the terminal.it's a bit of a mad scramble to exit as people are coming up to you left and right saying they will help you get your transfer...keep walking..it's all timeshare nonsense
