Sintra to City of dreams

I am going to Macau in december and will be staying at Sintra . I want to book tickets for the House of the Dancing Water but am wondering how far is it from the hotel and as I am going to see the 8pm show on the day of my arrival, would I have a problem getting back to the hotel after the show

There is a bus to the city of dreams that parks right outside the hotel. I took it myself.

However another poster advised that it would be too late and you should get a taxi back. Do search on shuttle

If you have time the next day you can use that bus to get to the City of dreams. The Venetian is across the street. You can get free transport from the city of dreams back or you can even get transport to the Tower but that is on the hour or half hour.

You will alos be close to the square.

I would imagine the Casino shuttles will still running at 10pm as that is early for Casino-goers;-) However it is easy enough to ask the concierge at either hotel when you leave the Sintra or arrive at CoD & if not then catch a taxi home.

Hi, should be no problem at all getting back to downtown Macau after the show; you can take the taxi, where the estimated cost is around MOP60-70;and if you wish to save on this, and should the shuttle bus to Sintra has stop its route after the show, you can also take a bus back to downtown Macau (21A or 26A)- Fare:MOP4.20 or taking a free shuttle bus of CoD or Venetian to ferry terminal, then from ferry terminal, board the free bus of Lisboa/Grand Lisboa, and walk it, or from here, take a taxi back.

So enjoy the show, and do not worry too much about getting back.

No problem getting back to Sintra Hotel from COD after the HoDW show. I think the COD shuttles run quite late, you might be able to avail of them. If not, as the local DEs have suggested, you can always use the local bus not far from the COD entrance, on the Cotai Strip or just take a taxi, there are always plenty.

Hye,you canwalk to Venetian and take Venetian shuttle to Macau ferry terminal. From the terminal, take Grand Lisboa shuttle. It operates until 1 am. Grand Lisboa is just 3-5mins walk to Sintra.

Sintra to COD is about 15mins (bus ride). Sintra is in the Macau peninsular while COD is the other side of Macau.Cotai strip area.U can take COD free shuttle bus in front of Sintra.

COD and sintra are 15-20 min ride on the free shuttle bus service that runs between the two hotels and the bus runs up to 11 pm so there should be no problem of returning in the shuttle buses but if you want to stay longer on the Tapia side and enjoy the nightlife and casinos then you can take a cab from either COD or Venetian that would charge you approx 60-70 MOP's/ HK $

Is the COD shuttle bus to Sintra located at the basement of the building?

In the COD complex, you will need to take an escalator down to the shuttle terminus area. No worries, there are signs pointing you in the right direction from within COD building.
