For Old Year's Night, as mentioned, you'll find parties everywhere. In The Gap with all the restaurants and bars in that vicinity, you will definitely find something to please everyone. Most places will require reservations, so depending when you arrive in Barbados, it would be a good idea to make those reservations as soon as you can.
