We stayed next door at the Sunrise Beach - as Cherub says location is more or less perfect! Right on the beach and bang in the middle of "the strip" with shops, bars and restaurants all around. Lovely choice of hotel, it gets great reviews and looked beautiful when we went.

Location is on the beachfront.

Food in the hotel itself is amazing, menu service at lunch and buffet for evening meal. There is a la carte fish restaurant on site which was fantastic. Also option to dine in selected restaurants on the strip.

Thanks. Are the 5 restaurants on site included in the the half board package? Or is it just the buffet restaurant that is included in the evening meals?

The buffet restaurant is the main restaurant for evening meals. The others have to be booked using a touch screen computer at reception and I think you can visit each of the other restaurants once per week but I cant be certain. The fishbone restaurant is onsite by the pool and you get 15euro each towards your meal. The greek restaurant is kykkos on the main strip about a five min walk. Same distance to marcellos the italian. Reef is the american one and is next door at sunrise beach hotel. You can eat evening meal at any of these in half board.

The other restaurant is for lunch only which is the mistral by the pool.

If you are half board you can have lunch instead of evening meal if you fancy going elsewhere at night.
