It is not possible to visit tourist spots in Mwsynram and Cherrapunji on the same day as they're on different routes, travel would be hectic.

26 Dec- Guwahati: Sankardev Kalakhetra, Kamakhya temple tour, sunset cruise

27 Dec- Guwahati-Kaziranga (5hrs), visit Pobitora on the way

28 Dec- elephant sunrise safari, sunset safari on jeep

29 Dec- Kaziranga-Shillong (8hrs)

30 Dec- Shillong: Don Bosco cultural centre, churches, butterfly museum, Ward lake

31 Dec- Shillong-Mawlynnong village, Riwai root bridge

1 Jan- Mawlynnong- Cherrapunji (3hrs), caves and waterfalls

2 Jan- Cherrapunji-Guwahati (6hrs), visit Umiam lake enroute

3 Jan- Sualkuchi silk village, departure evening

in that case, if you're more interested in nature, you can skip local Shillong sightseeing (Don Bosco cultural centre, churches, butterfly museum, Ward lake) and visit Mawsynram on 30-Dec for a day trip.

yes, the reverse order is also fine.

1-Jan may get crowded in Pobitora as it is also a picnic spot for many locals on New Years day.
