Kassiopi to Acharivi

Dear All,

Can anyone advise me as to whether Acharavi would be a pleasant interlude/l;unch/few hours away from the lovely kassiopi.

Gong back to Kass for the 2nd time this year and would like a local place to visit during our stay but it must be somewhere easy to get to/return on the bus and doesn't take too long to get there.

Would it be an idea to visit here for beach/lunch for example. Is the main beach pebbly as in Kassiopi?

Appreciate any help you all can give

Leeds, United...

The beach in Archaravi is pebbly and stoney, By bus it will only take 20 minutes from Kassiopi and I would say it is worth a visit as there are plenty of restaurants to try and shops to look in,

If you are looking for a nice sandy beach stay on the bus until the next stop which is only 5 more minutes to Roda, lovely sandy beach, and excellent bars/restaurants to sample. The stop after this and an extra 15 minutes will be Sidari which again offers restaurants and a lovely sandy beach.

Acharavi is lovely and we have been8 times now and is the kids are older and doing there own thing we are going yearly. We visited Sidari once and are of the same opinion. There are some lovely restaurants and cafe/bars down by the beach ;)
