Marigot Bay Status

Considering staying at Marigot for our trip in January. Just wondering how much damage was done in the area from Tomas? Might stay at the Marigot Bay Beach and Dive Resort. Does anyone know if it is open and fully operating. I have heard that water is still an issue in that area. Any help would be appreciated.

It's open and operating. Mango Beach Inn next door is cute and quaint. Another nice option.

Marigot suffered very little to no damage from the storm in October. That's why the inner bay is called Hurricane Hole and why many boats on the island take refuge there during any storm. Marigot Beach Club is fully open and was all through the storm. Water is not an issue -- we got ten inches or so of rain just before Christmas !!
