Great budget airline with all the service at a fraction of the price. Online booking was simple (even with international credit card), the flight ran on time and the plane was new, comfortable and clean. Would definitely fly with Volotea again!

Shambles at checkin due to insufficient staff. Arrived 2 hours before and nearly missed flight. Staff then blamed late take off on passport control - not true.
Use another airline, there is plenty of competition.

We are currently in Greece and woke up with an email 2 days before our flight into Italy stating our flight has been cancelled. I call customer service in Barcelona and Sandra answers who is absolutely no help at all. She would only say my flight is cancelled which I know now and is the reason I had to call in the first place! I asked for help and she offered nothing except a bad attitude and dismissive statements. She said no one in the office will help me and she is in charge..if Sandra is in charge this airline will fail miserably. Thanks for no help at all and leaving tourists stranded in a strange country. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Upper management please contact us original flight gcj8jh then v71613 flight was supposed to be oct 20.

I'm very satisfied with this company. Excelent value for money. The seats are more comfortable then Ryanair. You can actually travel with this company without feeling like a canned sardine. Staff very pleasant too.

Very bad company, any informations about flight, about check in, check in only two days before You flight. Dont recommend it, any good expreience...

We inform you that in our web page there are all the infos you need to know before the flight. If passengers need informations they can also contact us by email (http://www.volotea.com/en/contact/), or by phone, Twitter or Facebook.

We also inform you that If you have purchased a seat, you can download and print your boarding passes as soon as your purchase is complete up to two and a half hours before your flight departure. If you have not purchased a seat, you can get your boarding passes online from 4 days up to two and a half hours before your flight departure.
