The flight was full, no meals, some water served. Take-off delayed for 3 hours so snacks given at airport cafe. Cabin crew helpful with overhead bins luggage etc. This airline was fun to fly with some years ago but sadly not anymore. My letter to Israir is still unanswered 3 weeks later. :-(

It was a return flight. Both ways the flight was prompt and with rather comfortable seats.
Seems as it was even better than a low cost carrier.

One of the worst experiences ever , if you are an Arab or you have an Arabic name or your are a Muslim don't even think to fly with company like this , your luggage won't arrive to your destination for more than 3 days , you are not allowed to carry any small bag or anything else with you to the airplane because of security reasons , they will take you after to special room and they will ask you even to put your pants off!! you won't have any time to buy from the duty free , the security will be with you all the time until they make sure that you are at the airplane , every time you will ask them for a reason they will tell you this is the instructions we can't give you any details , they took my phone with no reason and they said that i'm gonna have it when we will arrive to tel aviv airport , the manager did tell us that he is gonna put our luggage by him self to the airplane and we will have them without any delay , when we did arrive , our baggage didn't arrive also our handbags and my phone , we went to ask they told us that they are still there in tbilisi airport and till now we didn't have any thing yet!!
my phone no one's know about it !!
customer service won't help you , don't even try to call they because it is a waste of your time .
I wish everyone will learn from my mistake

The airplane was relatively clean, but due to the smallest seat I ever met in airplanes it was not comfortable to seat for 6 hours. Furthermore, all seats were fixed without option to change its angle. One sandwich was given for the 6 hours flight. The crew was friendly. No entertainment during flight. On-line check-in is not avalilable.

booked the flight few days before, this flight was operated by another company (not Code sharing!). 5 hours before flight we got an email that the departure was delayed by almost 2 hours. on the way back, on the airport 2.5 hours before flight again, delayed, we actual took off around 1am while the planned time was 21:00 !.
flight crew was standard, and even though this wasn't a low cost flight all we got was a bag of salty snack and some water. they didn't me the opportunity to try sell us something from the duty free cart and it didn't seem cheaper than on ground.
no on board entertainment, no online check-in, no internet.
oh yeah we were offered vouchers to by a really bad sandwich and water.
in summary, as for most air liners in recent years, poor value for the money.
