I have heard many people say this airline is not so good. However I have used them a couple of times now to find their Timing for take off is very good and also the staff very accomadation

I flew from Bangkok to Taipei with a change of plane in Macau. The service at every level was excellent. There was no wait at BKK (unlike every other airline I've flown). The flights both left about 10 minutes before scheduled departure. Each of the cabin crew greeted me and made me feel welcome. Despite being very short flights, a good meal was served. I had never heard of Air Macau before but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They could teach their parent (Air China) a little about customer service.

Been using it to fly the Bangkok route. The flights are NEVER on time. The onboard service can see some improvement - especially in terms of food choices. It is pork-rice or chicken-noodle offered in a take-it-or-leave-it hospitality. I am a vegetarian. I was told to pre-order but their website often is down and the link to pre-order is nowhere to be found.

The aircraft is old. That's fine because as long as they are certified to fly there are no issues with that. However, the interiors are old too with seats that won't recline, textiles that are torn and head rests that either smell or are dirty - or both. At least the could do up the interiors.

You cannot check-in online from Bangkok. You can do from Macau and few other cities. I don't understand this limitation.

However, to end the review in a positive note, the pilots are great. Landings, often in a Typhoon Signal 2 situation, have been smooth.

The Flight Attendants must continue to undergo trainings about customer services in order to enhance the quality of services provided by them.

No entertainment at all, bad food, dirty old seats. On the way back there was 4 hours delay but nobody was there to inform the passengers. Communication between staff near gate and some supervisor was a nightmare. Overall it's like a low cost airlines but for full price.
