Short flight. They commute six days a week to the Bahamas. It has open seating and reasonably easy to connect to other Caribbean islands at a cheaper cost. I would agree that the customer service agents from other countries may not be as pleasant but what I have come to know is that these services are contracted by that location ground handling company and is not a direct employee of the company. Therefore, it may just be the culture of the location. Home service agents are always at their best. Friendly, helpful and greeted with a smile. Intercaribbean is a reputable airline and its services are to be commended.
