Short flight. They commute six days a week to the Bahamas. It has open seating and reasonably easy to connect to other Caribbean islands at a cheaper cost. I would agree that the customer service agents from other countries may not be as pleasant but what I have come to know is that these services are contracted by that location ground handling company and is not a direct employee of the company. Therefore, it may just be the culture of the location. Home service agents are always at their best. Friendly, helpful and greeted with a smile. Intercaribbean is a reputable airline and its services are to be commended.

So I'm on vacation and booked a short flight from KIN to MBJ which is only 35 mins as a bus across the island would've taken 4 hours with stops. The flight was scheduled for 5:30 pm and when I arrived at the airport we were immediately told there was a 45 mins delay with no reason given. At 6:30 they announced there was problem with the plane. It wasn't until about 7 pm they said the plane had a mechanical problem, could not be fixed that day and the flight would be cancelled. They said they would have to put us on a bus to go to MBJ. It wasn't until 8:30 pm that the bus left KIN airport and we did not arrive in MBJ until 11:30 pm. By the time I got to my hotel in MBJ our oceanview room was given away and we had to settle for a standard room until the next day following checkouts. This was completely unacceptable service and a terrible inconvenience to all passengers. The flight was suppose to be just 35 mins across the country to MBJ but instead we spent 8 hours in total beginning with our 3:30 pm arrival time at the airport in order to check in for the 5:30 pm flight that never happened. The airline never contacted us, never apologized. I had to reach out to them directly and am awaiting a refund. This was just an awful experience and I would never book with InterCaribbean again.

Recently I experienced a truly wonderful experience with Intercaribbean Airlines. Hurricane Irma was barrelling towards Turks & Caicos on September 6, 2017. All flights were oversold and the airport was being closed that evening. Lynden Gardiner CEO and Trevor Sadler COO deployed every plane they had available to evacuate people. They reached out to the public and offered this service.

In this day of corporate greed, this wonderful local company offered seats first come, first serve at REGULAR fare.!!! Service was efficient, professional and all employees had their clients best intentions. at heart. I actually saw a mother with 2 young children put on the plane despite not having money to pay for their tickets.

Mr. Gardiner, Mr. Sadler, you and your staff should be commended for an amazing performance in extremely stressful conditions. All your team were amazing.

Thank you Intercaribbean Airlines!! An incredible job.

Worst airline I've even flown with. I can't even call it an airline, it's more of a dodgy sky bus service. The only have one plane, they're Incredibly disorganized. I flew with them twice and both times they were more than 3 hours late with no staff or managers in site, and I lost a connecting flight. Also my luggage didn't arrive. Stay away if you value your money and time!
