“A Friday afternoon flight down to Leicester to go and see family and collect a car!”

The flight was excellent and on time and the staff were very friendly helpful. The airport staff at Inverness were also very helpful and friendly too.

This little airline is actually a secret I would like to keep. It was a small plane 3 seats wide in the cabin. The check-in/In flight service and overall experience with the Loganair team was very nice. Looking at their flight destinations I will be travelling with them again. This was just a short hop across the channel to Brussels but I felt like a special passenger. Excellent experience.

Living in Shetland we use Loganair a lot of the time. There are instances when the weather is not in our favour but they have arranged the ferry for us and at times there has been technical faults with the planes and delays.
They have a comprehensive service for compensation and always been compensated with no issues.
We had to cancel one of our trips due to medical grounds and although they are not obligated as we booked the cheapest flight they thankfully held our booking value for us to use at a later date for which we are extremely grateful.
Living in a remote island has its drawbacks but Loganair has been fantastic in all the times we have used them.
Luggage included in the fare as well as snacks and drinks onboard.
All in all we love them and always look forward to our flights.

We flew from City of Derry Airport for a short break to Scotland. It was the first time in a while we went from Derry and I would definitely recommend it. The airport is so welcoming, there were no queues and the lounge made it all such a fab experience. The flight is really short (25 mins). We were all welcomed on the plane by Paul and we even got water and a biscuit which was, unexpected. The return trip was every bit as good and of course flying into Derry is just beautiful. The airport, just 10 minutes from home, and the short flight made this a trip where we could enjoy from beginning to end. Thanks to City of Derry and Loganair.

Mine was a very bare bones short haul flight, but, I found all the staff I interacted with to be professional and friendly. The aircraft was clean and modern and the staff well presented. Things were processed quickly including baggage. Cute touch having Harris Tweed on the head rests.
Could have done with a little more signage for the gates to explain where to go and what to do for first timers, as you do need to go down what looks more like a fire escape. Perhaps they could address this on their website. As I have had problems at Glasgow airport before with other issues.
This is a lovely route that provides wonderful views of the coast and islands off the west coast of Scotland and the distilleries of the Whisky Coast of Islay.
