We had cruised the week before on the Ovation of the Seas, sister ship to the Anthem. We have done over 80 cruises, this isn't bragging but stated as we know what to expect. The security at the pier is the dumbest & stupidest we have ever gone thru. They questioned our hangers, they didn't know what a luggage scale is. Had to take everything out of our carry on.

The crew on the ship needed trained much better than they were. They had no clue to what was going on. The argued with us saying there was no concierge or lounge on the ship. They had no clue on how to hook up our free WiFi. We finally found the missing concierge & everything got worked out.

Our room was very comfortable & clean. We found the officers & most of the crew to be fantastic. Captain Ban & Hotel Director Ashley are first class. We ate most of our meals in the Coastal Kitchen. The food was good. Chops is still having trouble with their lamb chops. Wonderland is a great place to eat. The few meals we did eat in the Windjammer, the food was good. They did need more people cleaning tables.

Bermuda is a great place to visit. We did the 2 day bus & ferry passes. Went to Horseshoe Bay. Went into Hamilton for lunch. Took the late ferry to St. George & the bus back to Hamilton.

Last cruise 8years ago. Went with my 75year old mother had a very nice 5 Days cruise. Service; Great especially our stateroom attendant Saputro Yulianto. On the 2nd day he knew our names, said hello with the brightest smile in spite of working so hard daily to keep the rooms

We booked this cruise as part of a "big " holiday for my partner's 60th Birthday. We boarded at Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal. This was easy to reach by taxi from Manhattan and took about three quarters of an hour and I think about $120 including a tip. The departure area is well

Very large ship with so much to do and see that it is never over crowded anywhere! We never had a problem with a reservation, finding a lounge chair on pool deck, or a place to just chill with an adult beverage!

I am comparing this to other Royal Caribbean ship that I have been on. The food was rather bland, nothing to talk about. Every meal had carrots. I asked for on of their special for the day, fish, it was so dry I couldn't eat it. I asked for a replacement, eggplant parmesan, it
