Where do I start.....We have been on many cruises and different lines. We will NOT be coming back on this cruise line. The food was horrible. Most was not even edible and no selections. We were offered burgers and hot dogs 90% of the time. The restaurant took 2 hours to conclude our dinners. Staff was extremely rude and unfriendly with the exception of 2 people we encountered. We discovered the staffs rooms had water in them and were unkept, which explains why they were all so unhappy. Many areas of the boat were literally falling apart. Panels off he walls and ceilings, rusted garbage cans, disgusting bathrooms, food and garbage all over the floors, etc. The drink machines and ice were constantly down for “maintenance” and never fixed. We didn't get to go to one of our stops because the boat broke down for 2 days. There was absolutely nothing to do on the boat. The 2 hot tubs and pools closed at 7pm -9 pm every night. No adult areas. Many young children screaming the entire time. Many people got food poisoning from the food, including my husband. I spoke to many guests who were were just as disgusted as we were, if not more. Some reported not getting their luggage delivered and others said belongings were stolen from their luggage. We were expecting to have a lovely cruise to celebrate our anniversary and are utterly disappointed and ready to go home. Please save your time and money. Read reviews because most are horrible and reconsider before you go on this cruise line!

This might be my 15th cruise, though my first on MSC. I am sad to say that this was my least favorite cruise. My biggest issue is the ship itself. I don't know when it was built, but it is clearly an older ship. Outdated drapery and carpets, stained and faded mirrored walls and

First of all, this was my 4th cruise. This was my husbands 1st cruise and my 5 year old sons first cruise as well. We were celebrating my sister in laws 50th birthday, and it was a group of about 20 people altogether(Ages 5 to 87). As soon as we got in the room, I sat on the

We chose a cruise on the MSC Armonia because of the itinerary and price. When we booked in February, we were excited to see Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cuba and Ocean Cay. When we went in December, we ended up seeing Ocean Cay, Jamaica and Costa Maya Mexico. The itinerary changes

The MSC Armonia was likely once a beautiful ship, the infrastructure is all there for it to have been amazing, but its well past its prime and at this point anything they do to it, is lipstick on a pig. Begging for retirement the fountain is off, things are broken, stained from

This was our first cruise with MSC and might be the last. The staff on this ship was great however the ship itself and amenities were not good. The ship was nicely decorated for the holidays and multilingual which was good. What we did not like first was the unobstructed view
