This flight was to Toulouse from Prague via Lyon. The flight left Prague about 45minutes late. We were told nothing although we had a connection at Lyon to Toulouse. Our connection time was about 90 minutes.
Once on board the flight was okay.
We had booked these flights in May for September but were allocated the leftover centre seats for the leg from Lyon.
We were most unhappy!

Brussels Airport is about the same distance as Lille from our home, but a lot smaller and more convenient. There are 2 airlines flying from Lille to Nice.
I like the approach to Nice during daytime, the Azure coast is a gem from the air and the ground

All 3 flights we took with Hop were delayed.
A flight to From marseille to Caen through Lyon was delayed
almost 1 hour.
Because the late arrival, We missed the 2nd leg of my flight and had to wait another 4 hours (In Lyon we had to change plans).
We got our suitcase only the next day...
Our general impression from Hop employees was that they were all very nice but very low on knowledge and (the right) actions...
I will do my best to avoid Hop in the future.

Having flown out to Paris on Air France and receiving half a cup of coffee as we were about to land and Brioche Bun, I have to say that their low cost child is a far superior outfit.

New Embraer aircraft, 2 x 2 seating with excellent leg room and also inflight catering of a high standard if you like goats cheese that is?

Left and landed on time, aircraft clean and crew pleasant what more do you need on a 45 minute flight, Air France need learn from this small subsidiary.

Late evening flight, using a bus gate

Only 40 people on the flight on a Embracer 170, but the staff insisted that all carry ons (with wheels) were placed underneath in the hold even though there was plenty of room on the plane

Flight was fine on a clear evening

On Arrival we were then told that the hand luggage would be delivered with the hold luggage on the belt ? Even though there was no locks on hand luggage is was put through the system when it is normally delivered to the front of the plane on disembarkation

Apart from that unnecessary mucking about a good flight
