Cant help being delayed its the nature of flying, not a problem as we had booked a all in break so knew that with the delays from Gatwick that the Company Thomas Cook would have known we are going to be late and the coach would be waiting, NO SADLY it was not. The rep when we arrived told us where to wait and we waited and waited and waited, it was cold, windy and we were all very weary after a long day. If it had not been for one of the other passengers i think we would have been there a lot lot longer. Finally nearly an hour i would say later a coach came for us, all panic set in for loading the coach and when we finally got on we had to find the last 2 places to sit as we were the last ones to get our suitcases put on. We were then joined by the Rep for a minute or 2 and told the order we would be dropped off, told we were 3rd when infact we were last.
Finally got to our accomodation which whilst lovely and it was the way to the room was very dark and hard to see the numbers etc. We were also in need of a drink and needed to check in so we could drop our bags and get some water and food as we were self catering. The receptionist was not there when we arrived and seemed like ages before she was back but when she was she was great.
We never went back on the coach provided by Thomas Cook we paid for a taxi but the rep should have known and had the coach ready and known what order we get to our hotels in.
Flight was great back again with delays, only half hour late getting back in and through security and baggage reasonably quite quickly. We will use Thomas Cook again as i dare say its a 1 off but it has not put us off.
