No probs at all. Took off slightly late but arrived on time. Service was very good. Plane clean. Only gripe inflight magazines tired and grubby

Thomas cook plane had out of order toilet on way to Crete and on way back but I suppose for economy I got what I paid for and safety on board was as important as comfort . The staff were polite .

going out to Cancun was ok, flight was on time. But coming back was a nightmare. Flight was on time, all got settled in, until the plane had developed a fault with on of the computers, so everyone was off loaded, They put everyone in hotels and was well looked after. Everyone wasn't happy been delayed, but to be fair it wasn't the reps fault, they were only told by there bosses, They could have left everyone to fend for themselves but they didn't. They made sure everyone was kept in the loop.

We were very disgruntled to find when arriving at the check in desk, that even though my daughter had pre-booked our seating (there were 14 in our party), we had not been allocated any seats & there were 3 children under the age of 5 which, if we had sat where the checking in clerk had allocated the seats, all 3 of those children would not have been sat with a parent or grandparent, auntie or uncle. we decided ourselves to completely change the seating arrangements whilst waiting to board, only to find that the same thing had happened to several other parents on both journeys. As an adult, I don’t really care where I sit or who it’s next too, but you cannot do this with children.
