Review of Aeroflot

I regularly fly with Aeroflot between London and Moscow and I am starting to expect delays to the flight.

Only 25 mins this time, but don’t understand why there are consistent delays.

Service is ok, nothing special, food is very mediocre, but the flights are regular and can be reasonably priced.

this is the first time that happen... for go and back. the whole crew was in bad mood. Like if they were not happy to work for this company. My wife told me "They are sad"... So for a long trip like Paris / Tokyo... time is twice longer... Trip was cheap... but this is the last time

I was impressed in a good way with the personel attitude and kindness to help and assist in both parts from my trip, from Athens to Moscow and from Moscow to Delhi.
The service was good,
the seat space was not too wide, for me that I am not tall at all I did not mind for others taller might be a problem.
It will be an option to fly with them also in the future.

Very satisfied with the service and attitude of the crew. But music on plane need to update usally..

I have flown over 100,000 miles with Aeroflot last year and almost the same mileage this year.The service in economy-comfort has improved substantially (at least on international flights): a wide selection of drinks and quality food comparable to b-class food at some other airlines. If you take a day-time flight, buying b-class does not make sense in case you can purchase a substantially cheaper economy-comfort. If it is an over-night flight, go for b-class to be able to sleep by upgrading to b-class for miles.
