“The worst airline ever”

I have the oportunity of flying with many airlines, but this time I can say it was very very bad.
I went from Vilnius to Helsinski. The plane was very small and hot. The flight was delayed 1 hour

I got to a new plane which was actually very nice and comfortable. I think it is the best low cost airline.

All very comfortable and easy. We had to change in Riga, connecting flight was no problem and luggage also arrived well.

The only problem we had that you can check in the luggage only 2 hours and if you arrive earlier you need to stay at the airport entrance

The flight was on 15th of June. First - it was surprise that seat was offered to be booked for fee (9-15 EUR). Our flight already was expensive enough to pay additionally. So we did not booked exact seat in airplane.
When we had to give our baggage for transfer - we got first offer of
