Overall the boarding and deplaning etc was a pleasant experience and no issues experienced.
The staff were friendly and customer focused.
Meals could improve but they also had a shortage of choices based on what everyone was looking for so this should be addressed especially when you are paying additional money to upgrade. Your food choice should be available.
Other negative that needs to definitely improve is baggage claim at Toronto airport - this is always a nightmare - especially on the wait times. We waiting for over 40 mins on our bags to come out and thats even after coming out of customers, which is ridiculous.
Other issue experienced on Air Canada is you have priority and it's labelled priority but yet other bags that don't have priority, come out first? How does this make sense?
This whole process needs to improve.
I didn't have any of those issues at Dublin airport. By the time I deplaned in Dublin airport and got to the baggage claim, my bag was one of the first out.
This never happens at the Toronto airport.
